Student Services
The staff of ICDC College makes every effort to maintain close communication with its students. Online learners have access to faculty and administrative staff for both career and academic guidance.
Students are also assisted by a personal Online Academic Advisor who is there to support students throughout their programs, providing technical, administrative, and operational support as needed.
Career Services
ICDC College employs Job Developers to work directly with students and employers. Students participate in employment preparation throughout their programs as part of the general curriculum. As students near graduation, they will have conversations on an individual basis to finalize employment preparation and goals. The Job Developer is the connection between the graduate and employer.
Every program includes employment preparation training in which students are assisted with resume preparation, job applications, and appropriate interviewing and presentation techniques. Students also learn how to conduct self-directed job searches to further advance their careers.
A successful job search is dependent upon a self-confident, well-prepared applicant with a pre-planned strategy. While employment is not guaranteed, ICDC's Placement Office provides placement assistance to all graduates in good standing and will work diligently with each graduate until he/she successfully obtains employment.
